1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of fitoutcompanydubai.ae (the "Website"). By browsing the Website, sending an enquiry, using the live chat or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who we are

The Website is run by Fit Out Company Dubai ("we", "us", "our"), a turnkey interior fit-out contractor based at 21 Floor, Park Place Tower, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, UAE. We provide commercial, office, residential, retail and F&B fit-out, MEP engineering, bespoke joinery and project management services.

3. Using the website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not:

• break any UAE federal or Dubai law, including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021)
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system
• upload or send viruses, malware or any harmful code
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy content or overload the Website
• send spam, false enquiries or misleading information through our forms or chat
• pretend to be another person or company

We may suspend or block access to the Website for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Website content

The content on the Website, including service descriptions, blog articles, FAQs, timelines and cost guides, is for general information only. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice for your specific project.

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, error free or always up to date. Fit-out requirements, authority rules and costs in Dubai change over time, so please speak to our team before making decisions based on anything you read here.

Project photos and portfolio images show past work. Your finished space may differ depending on the design, materials, budget and site conditions.

5. Quotes and consultations

• Any price estimate, cost range or figure given on the Website, by phone, by email or through live chat is a guide only. It is not a binding offer.
• A formal quotation is only issued after we review your drawings, scope and site. Quotations are valid for the period written on them.
• Free consultations are offered at our discretion and do not create any obligation for you or for us.
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to VAT at the rate in force, unless stated otherwise.

6. Fit-out projects

All fit-out, renovation, joinery and engineering work is carried out under a separate written agreement signed by you and us. That agreement sets out the scope, programme, payment terms, variations, warranties, defects liability period and handover.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement wins for that project.

Approvals from authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, DDA or building management depend on those bodies. We help you prepare and submit applications, but approval times and decisions are outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photos, videos, graphics, logos, designs and layouts on the Website belong to us or are used with permission from their owners. They are protected by UAE copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, edit or reuse any content, including portfolio images and design work, without our written permission.

8. What you send us

When you send us details, drawings, photos or other files through the Website, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You allow us to use that material to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver your project. We will not publish your project details or images without your consent.

9. Third party links

The Website may link to other websites, such as suppliers, maps, social media or authority portals. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

10. Privacy and cookies

We collect and use personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021). Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, secure or free of errors or viruses.

As far as UAE law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption that comes from using the Website or relying on its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Our liability for fit-out work is set out only in the signed project agreement.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise because you misused the Website or broke these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute about the Website or these Terms will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
